This multi-phase project consists of: a Washington Channel bulkhead structure approximately 1,700 feet long; a two level below-grade parking structure consisting of approximately 600,000 sq. ft.; dual 12-story residential towers consisting of 350,000 gross sq. ft. and attached 130,000 sq. ft. cultural performing arts facility; a 12-story Class A office building consisting of 220,000 sq. ft.; a 12-story residential tower consisting of 180,000 sq. ft. of condominiums and 125,000 sq. ft. of apartments; multiple pier buildings and structures consisting of a total 22,000 sq. ft.; temporary swing spaces consisting of 30,000 sq. ft. and exterior public amenity spaces.
